Mr. Michael Peryea CallsFeb 25, 2018

I bought a pair of Bogs boots, men size 11, 51407-001 ultra mid. This was over a year ago, but not more than two. I brought them back to the store where I purchased them recently, a Lenny's in Plattsburgh N. Y. Told the mgr. They been leaking shortly when I got them. Of coarse I had no receipt, they said the Bogs are warrantied for only one year. But try e-mailing my complaint to you. The reason I didn't bring them right back was, I thought I must be getting snow inside and that had to be the reason. Being the best according to my sons who use Bogs, and paying over a hundred dollars, they cant be leaking. Well this winter I made sure I wasn't getting snow in them, and again my socks were wet. The seam has come loose around the sides of the boots. The Lenny's mgr. Looked at that and showed surprise, but couldn't help. Can you help replace them?.

Ms. Brenda E. Macneil CallsDec 28, 2016

Hello:

My name is Brenda MacNeil I have a pair of Bogs for about five years now, but I cannot any longer wear them in public because of the discoloration to the outter shell and a dent to the toe of the boot. They are supposed to have a lifetime warranty, however, I have had them for some time and do not have a receipt. They are a size eight women's and I purchased them through a chiropractors office in Sydney, N. S.

Ms. Diane Harnum CallsJul 13, 2016

Hi, i work in a fish plant and because i am on my feet for long periods of time, i wanted to get a good pair boots, so i purchased a pair of Bogs. After a short period of time i discovered cracks in the boots all over the top. Disappointed i returned the boots to the store and are now waiting on refund. Just a note to say these boots are no good to wear in fishplant.

Ms. Susan Seitz On Phone To Bogs Service
I purchased your boots- 71537 this fall. I loved the handles for ease in getting them on. I live in northern Il and my feet were never cold during the six or so weeks I have worn them. I walk my two golden retrievers about a total of 90 minutes each day in the yard and in a neighboring field. I am so disappointed to feel my left toe getting wet due to a leak. I was hoping to get at least two years of winter wear from these boots since they are pricier than what I usually buy.
