I visited your Norfolk Virginia facility 6/23/17. I had an issue with roaches in the room. The first thing I was told was i could not be discounted because it was a blocked room and there were no more rooms. I told them i was not staying in the room and i could not sleep on a discount i needed a bed. After about two hours of sitting in another guest room I went down to the desk. No one bothered to inform me of what was going on. They gove me another room and a $30 discount at checkout. I have photos of the roaches i killed in the bathroom. They were babies. There is also two spots on the wall where larger ones were killed. I will be glad to send those if you will provide an email.
