I have gone today to Jhilmil ESI Hospital for Checkup, the rafer paper was not either Stamped or doctor's sign, the Ultrasound deptt. Rejected the paper and ask to go take the sign and Stamp, when I go for sign, the Medical Officer Dr. Shagupta asking her guard to wait, i have wait more then on hour, when i go to meet her, she asked again to go and take the date from other counter, again i have gone and take the date on the doctors priscription, when i comes to doctor, again she asked to wait, now i am going to OT, when i came then i will sign on the paper, today my time wastage is more than three and half hour, this is the actual condition of the ESI Hospital. And I ovserved all the Guard (who is sitting out of the doctors room) has rudely behaviour to patients and Doctors behaviour already i have explained. Result, My work has not done today, i Requested you to please look into this matter, and also requested to please advice me now what to do.
