Hello sir, i had purchased one splendor pro from jaswant motors jalandhar, Punjab. And it was financed by your family credit organization. I have paid all my EMI regularly, but from the last one year my account was disturbed. And EMI dropped. So that every month it makes confusion. And every month my account has been deducted by some amount some time it was 500, 750, 1100 etc. I have conformed from my bank about ot and they explain me that all deductions are done by your family credit company. I just wants to ask if bank or your company give penalty to me. Then there will be a fixed price of penalty charges. My name is Tarun S Bhurani i have taken a bike from your company with the loan number 1193436 i have cleared all my EMI and given the amount back to your company 11 months ago, but still not got my NOC letter when i called your customer care and enq for the same the people fit for nothing are sitting there and when ever i ask any thing they ask me to visit the branch office in Bangalore at least i got the information saying my one month cheque was bounced due to sign mismatch (Which is an human error) for the same i have paid its by cash and cleared it 11 months also when i said this the agent ask me to paid rupees 435/- for cheque bounced charges, Can you please explain me this? and why do i need to paid those charges? Kindly issue My NOC on priority on the next step i would to to file a complaint in consumer forum. I have waited for 11 months for NOC i cant wait more and i am not ready to pay the charges of Rs 435/-

Sir, i am a customer of your family credit finance limited bearing loan number -1356767 where finance authority present the current month EMI cheaque(no-613724)to my account without giving any payee name for result my bank(AGVB) return the above mentioned cheque attaching with the actual reason and after that case your jorhat collection division calling me and said "your current month cheque is bunch for insufficient balance so you have to come our jorhat collection centre, pay your EMI here with 350/- rupees fine". Where i just pay 1648/- only because the whole criteria is not my fault that is your finance authority fault(presenting authority). Here i also want to mention that who will pay my 100/- rupees which my bank deduct from my account as for cheque bounch charge and my unnecessary golaghat to jorhat transportation charge rupees 500/- on that day. Your jorhat collection manager give me a false statement on that day and wast my precious time so i request you to investigate my case.
