My complaint in the helpline is not taken citing there is no provision for the same. Other Banks do have it particularly HDFC Bank. The DD No. Is 639347 dt. 04/07/2015. While quick service is appreciated, it defeated the purpose as it cannot be encashed till fresh DD is given.

It is submitted that I had made online payment of Rs. 27, 217. 00 on 11. 01. 2015 for the bills issued on 25. 12. 2014 through which I had paid bills of Rs. 26, 737. 16 in respect of Manhattan Platinum Primary Card Rs. 479. 43 in respect of Manhattan Instabuy Card. But unfortunately, current statement issued on 26th January is showing Rs. 479. 84 pending.
