This is one of the worst service / app till I have used. 1st no body there to attend the call as phone Continues ringing. No body have guts to face the problem which you guys create during delivery. 2nd at the time of delivery cake condition was very pathetic snap shot attach, also the delivery boy just drop it and ran away without informing the receiver. You guys totally ruined birthday celebration. My order number 100005510.

I have not seen such an idiotic customer service, god bless customers who order from India cakes including me, I have ordered cake for mid night delivery and it was not delivered, when called customer service they said I have opted for the next day mid night delivery, asked them to cancel the order for which they said to can not be done, asked to deliver in the morning they not possible, they said it will done only in the mid night and if I send an email to change the time then it will be delivered before 8. 00 pm, and before all this first time when I called customer service one idiot (AKASH) hung up on me and was very rude. When you guys can not provide customer with options and provide a good customer service instead of sticking to your own rules and regulations then PLEASE CLOSE THE WEB SITE FOR HEAVENS SAKE. It is soo frustrating to see agents speaking soooo damm rude to customers. GOD I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM THIS PATHETIC INDIA CAKES WEB SITE WHICH IS GOOD FOR NOTHING.

Hi,

I just ordered a cake from USA to be delivered to an address in New Delhi. After I made the online payment, the next page asked me to sign up to PayPal, which although was showing to be optional, did not take me to next page in spite of clicking on the "Skip" option a dozen of times


I received an email thereafter that I have been charged $22. 38, but there are no details about the delivery type or time. I paid extra for the cake to be delivered in a specific time range (9PM-11. 55PM). I did not even get any order number to be able to track the delivery

Please look into it or please credit me back the amount charged back to the credit card. Thank you.
