I have had issues with my Netgear Nighthawk X4S. In ringing technical support in Australia, telephone number 0281176800, as soon as I explain my issue, I am then disconnected, as though they have hung up on me. I have been on hold for some time (3rd time in calling) - it may pay that your support staff request a contact phone number from the netgear customer before commencing troubleshooting, so if the phone call is disconnected, netgear staff can call back as soon as possible to customer. It has been lengthy waits on the telephone to get technical support, only to be disconnected and have to ring again.

Not happy with your so called world class product, i purchased a nighthawk router r8000 on November 03 which worked for three weeks then netgear sent out a replacement all good. Except the replacement did not work after paying for the express delivery as well. Then dealing with pain staking phone calls dealing with time and lack of communication. Then being advised and clearly repeating that we would receive yet another replacement the next day, it did not turn up as stated and i am still waiting three days later, i am quickly losing faith in a company i held respect for and which i will advise on other forums, please advise and rectify this problem before i do.

Ready nas nv v2. When I open raidar, it finds the nas, I then click on settings and it opens Internet Explorer and tries to connect, but says that the security certificate has expired. Clicking "continue anyway" achieves nothing. I loaded Google Chrome to try and access from there. Same type of error message, but when I tell it to continue anyway, it takes me to the dashboard page, but with no buttons to allow me to alter or access any part of the nas. I have looked on the forums, communities and even tried contacting Netgear by phone. Netgear "support" now tell me that to help with this problem I will have to pay $85. 00 because it is past my 90 day limit. I am not the only person out there having this exact problem. It should be rectified by Netgear without the runaround and extra charges. I am very disappointed with the attitude to this issue, and it is getting to the point where I will no longer purchase Netgear products in the future. Some customer service would be nice.
