I'm P1 customer, this 4days my P1 line and wifi at my area is very slow(modern just have one light only), until cannot connect to website, cannot do anything. I have go to P1 service centre at my area, but P1 service centre is close already, and put a letter "P1 move to TM No more P1 service centre at here. Dearsi am Esther here and i wanted to ask can i speak to customer service as soon at post and feedback my email. This is very URGENT case. Sorry early morning having a disturbing. To p1 in-charges. I tell. Yesterday morning my grandfather receive a letter at from p1 department, but actually is incharges maybe. But i wanted to tell my grandfather already 80 years old how can used the wifi suddenly. I really feel confused in this letter and now the amount is Rm1k nearby. How i waned to pay the cost of the amount. Because i no use the internet ? right and i want P1 feedback for me. And let discussed for the next step. And my grandfather got tell before he got use on 2012. And terminate on 7days. Return rm100. But after terminate he are no register anymore of p1 and another internet. But impossible p1 will suddenly active back account on the self. But i wanted have so customer service for feedback thank you very much.
