I have not received my registration renewal in the mail and am unable to drive my car The DMV cashed my check on January 22nd and I’m not sure where the registration was mailed to since the DMV does not have my address-the address listed on the registration is ACAR Leasing. Tried customer service and got nowhere-they insisted its not their problem. Customer service was rude and of no help at all Phone number 1-401-832-2281.

Mr. Allen Liggett Jr On Phone To Acar Leasing Payoff Service
Have been trying, more than six times, to reach GM Financial to close a Lease End Account. We currently still have one more current lease with GM Financial, but this will be the last one if this continues. The phone call either goes dead, or I am put on hold for over 20 minutes with no representative pick-up, or I receive a message that their system is having problems and they are trying to fix them. For over one month? Not a proper way to operate a business, wouldn't you agree?.

Ms. Victoria B. Urban On Phone To Acar Leasing Payoff Service
I paid 36 months in advance on a car lease. The car was a dud. I turned it in afer 12 months and bought another car. Car was sold on auction. You have 21 months of payments on a car I turned in. Am I not entitled to some of that money back?.
