Well, I really do not have any faith that this will do any good, but for the THIRD week in a row, we have not received the TV listings. I posted a complaint
last week, but never heard from anyone--nor did we receive a TV listing. I asked that your records be changed to indicate we are to get the TV section. Obviously, no one did anything I asked, and I am skeptical that anyone from the Beacon actually even reads these complaints. I can be reached at 330-645-6941.

Customer Service,

We have been getting the paper for almost 60 years. I recently signed up for a year to get a cheaper rate. One reason was that I like to get the TV guide as it is easier to check what is on that you want to tape or watch. I have not received one for two weeks now and I want to get one from now on please.

A man just pulled into my driveway and honked his horn. I did not go outside. I was out a couple of minutes later. He was driving down the street and yelled out my name. He then pulled into my drive offering me a beacon that I supposedly asked for. I did not request a paper. I told him to never pull in again and honk. If he is in fact working for the beacon he needs to be taught manners. Not professional.

The day before leaving on vacation I called the ABJ Circulation line and requested my delivery of the ABJ be suspended from July 20, 2017, 7/20/2017, until I called for delivery to start again. I was informed by s friend that the papers were still being delivered on July 24, and I again called your office to report that papers were still being delivered and that I wanted them STOPPED. I received word from a neighbor that my papers are still being delivered and piling up in front of my garage at 616 Hampton Ridge Dr., Akron 44313. What does it take to get your paper stopped?

I will call you when I return home a to have my paper started being delivered again. I will also expect to NOT BE CHARGED FOR ALL THE PAPERS DELIVERED SINCE JULY 20, 2017 WHEN I REQUESTED TWICE THAT THEY BE STOPPED,

PLEASE STOP MY PAPERS BEING DELIVERED NOW. THANK YOU, Hugh B. West , 616 HAMPTON RIDGE DR., AKRON, OH. 44313.

We have had a continuing issue with Saturday and Sunday delivery of our paper. We call every time and are told we have sub delivery people. I have seen neighbors having papers. Saturday I called and was given $37. 50 which will take us through October and a paper would be sent to us. No paper. Sunday no paper. I called and was told same explanation, but would sent both papers out. No paper. Why others in the neighborhood and we have the problem? This has been happening at least two months.

The delivery of my paper has been missed two times this week. When I called about it on Wednesday September seven a copy was delivered within an hour. When I called this morning friday September nine I was told a copy could not be delivered. I not sure what the problem is, but it needs to be fixed and fixed quickly. Why do I pay for delivery if it can not be delivered?.

Good morning. Once again, I scan the Beacon Journal for any significant coverage for the Mogadore football team. Once again I'm thoroughly disappointed in the lack of coverage you provide for a Summit County school playing for the D VII State Championship. Your obvious lack of coverage is very apparent and very unprofessional. I pick up the Canton and Cleveland papers and lo and behold - their sports departments apparently feel our local school playing for the State Championship is indeed news worthy. I even scanned through the Record Courier and they continue to provide full coverage on par with the coverage you afford Hoban, St V and Stow. I've picked up your paper on the way to the office every day for the past 22 years. That stops today. I'll invest my money elsewhere. A former customer. I was told that I wouldn't get money taken directly from my account if I got a trial subscription over a year ago. I was told that a paper would be brought to me that day if one was stolen, because of where I live. I wanted it place IN my screen door, but it was not. I have accepted all these things for too long my paper is being stolen by an early riser and I am paying for it. I want a refund I want to cancel. I liked my paper. I feel violated by such a stupid theft. I'm on a fixed income. I do not drive. I liked the Sunday paper most because of store advertisement.

I understand there was a problem this morning (Sunday) with the paper. Your message said it would be delivered by 9:30 am, but it 12:41 pm and we still do not have a paper. I'm not the only on on this street that didn't receive a paper. This is not the first time we had to call about the paper in the last couple of months. I'm hoping this matter gets resolved soon or I might consider stopping it all together. I have be receiving the paper for the last 26 years and hate to do that. Thank you for your time.
