What is your policy in returning a case of beer with empty bottles? I have a receipt. Is there a time frame to return the empty bottles and case to get my refund? It took me almost 30 minutes to get my refund because the sales lady told me that she was not the one whom I purchased the case of beer so she called somebody or her supervisor to verify if she can refund my money back. Both were claiming because it was too long (Date of purchase:31 Dec 2021 and Date of Return: seven Feb 2022) before I returned the empty bottles and case of beer and she would not return my refund. Hi Alfamart,
We bought three orders of hotdog sandwich tonight. Since there was no available in the heater the lady said that She will prepare new one. We waited for at least 20-30mins and it was just fine, the problem is the hotdog buns are like beyond She lf life because it is difficult to chew and seems like it was already expired. We just ate the hotdogs and not the buns. This is Bagong Silang branch Caloocan City. I hope that this would not happen again, but definitely will not go back to Alfamart. Thank You.

Pls check your staff at Muzon, Taytay Branch. (Talipapa) San Francisco Village. Regards sa protocol, nakiusap ako na ibili na lang ako sa loob ng tubig for may baby dahil nga wala akong faceshield. Nasa labas din naman yung crew at sabi bawal daw talaga. Umalis na lang ako kasi hindi naman ako pinagbigyan. Pagbalik ko nagpapasok pala sila ng walang faceahield at pinagbibilan pa kasama nung cashier na bawal daw nung time na ako ang wala. I have video for reference. Please response.

At Alfamart Turo, Bocaue, Bulacan the cashier is mot posting the amount tendered. For example I terndered P1k, what was posted in the receipt is P995. 00. Why? Tbis was my second experience. The 1st one, when I tendered my payment I was told that it was lackinh. So we insist to review the CCTV, but instead said to us that he will just pay for thedifference. Please check on this.

Dear Mam/Sir, I am Miriam C. Romualdo , 71 years old, a senior with only one eye. I am a resident of Pilar Village, Las Piñas City. Almost everyday about two to three times I go to buy neccesities in your store at Doña Pilar Aguirre, Pilar Village. This morning at around 10:30, this lady by the name of Jenilyn, was very impolite. There was no price tag so I ask the price of the two packs so that I can buy the one that suits my budget. She was frowning. I went home, but came back because the coffee is damaged, I returned it to her. She was so impolite when I told her " miss ayusin mo pakikipagusap mo" she said " bakit ano bang gusto nyong gawin ko" Then I ask her if she is the manager, 3times she did not answer me. I was expecting a sorry from her, but she was just serious ang mukha di man lang apologetic, and I was so stressed.

Good day.complain ko lang ang mga employee ng alfa mart mambogi know po na protocall ang face shield at facemask pero sama maging good example sila sa mga customers. Di sila nagpapasok ng wlang face shield pero sila. Mismo wlang faceshield. Ilanh beses and po yan. Naninita sila pero sila. Mismo wlang disiplina. Be a good example sana s mga Alfamart employee.

Here in Alfamart sahud ulan tanza cavite, a male staff just arrive and smoking in front, I just finished buying some items inside I stand at the side. Suddenly thus staff throw his cigarette in front of me and go inside. Why your employee doesn't have manner?.

I want to file a formal complaint about the service in Alfamart philippines Alfamart kambal road san mateo rizal. Specially patrick miranda who is in charge. They cannot sell the product because they do not have money for exchange, he want you to pay an exact amount. Also many times this store have no person waiting at the counter. They are always at the backroom. You will call them first instead of waiting in the counter for you to pay what you buy. Please give immediate action to this.

Alfamart Tabang Plaridel. As of 9:15pm April 26, 2019. They refuse to sell because of my 1, 000 peso bill. Wala daw silang barya. Sana lagi silang may nakahandang barya or smaller bills.
