We, customer, need a 24 hr number to call when we find something going on like purchases we didn't make showing up on our accounts. I have an expense charged to my account right now that I didn't make and worry what could happen before the bank opens. Banks like Arvest are large companies that could afford to improve services and should not look at it as just an expense and look at it as a selling point to gain customers. It would help create more peace of mind for those you do business with, plus your customer's would appreciate it more than you might think. Banking is a 24 hour business that needs to have 24 hour support.
