The only thing worse them your products is your customer support
Every time I try to print to a template I ruin a sheet of labels. Doesn't matter which type. I've done four different types just tonight. That's probably $20 of unusable labels---thanks
I can not find an address to complain and you are never on live chat when I need help
You are a poorly run customer service company

Avery Design and Print app. For iPad. In attempting to use this app. I find that the final result when printed does not match up to the cards on the template. After numerous failed attempts on the costly Avery 8871 business card stock. The card stock specifies a setting for Avery 8571, which I also tried with the same unsatisfactory result. I printed the images out on printer paper and measured the actual size of the image. Turns out that the printed images border to border are

1. 889 in high. * 3. 26 wide. This is enough to misregister the image onto the card stock by the time the second row of cards is being printed. It ends being off by about a half inch at the bottom of the page. Is it possible that when the app converts the image to PDF that it is reduced in size slightly causing my problem?

I am using a HP
2540 printer over wifi from my iPad. R, Neal.

To Whomever It May Concern, I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with your Iron On Transfer Product. I have never had an issue in the past, which is why I bought three packs (and they're not the cheapest things, might I add). The problem is that there was no tissue paper in any of the three packs to be able to separate from the iron and the transfer, and the paper backing was not removable. It was impossible to remove; every time I tried to follow the instructions, it would tear off. I am asking for a full refund. This is very untimely considering I was going to make t-shirts for a birthday party in less than one week.

I tried to call customer service, but the phone number listed on site is incorrect. I could not get through. I also first tried instant chat, but after several minutes, there was still no answer Very frustrating.
