Seis meses después el herraje del broche se averió y la billetera quedó inservible. Me remito a ustedes para un a que me ayuden a encontrar una solución al problema de garantía de mi billetera la cual se encuentra relativamente nueva. Acudí a un almacén de Carolina Herrera en la ciudad de Medellín, Colombia para que me ayudaran a encontrar una solución a la garantía, pero fueron ellos quienes me dieron unos correos electrónicos para comunicarme con ustedes y me ayuden encontrar una solución. Sin embargo los correos que me dieron rebotaron. Quisiera adjuntarle fotografías del daño del broche. Se desprendió el pasador de la de la derecha y el broche ya no cierra. Quedó en espera de sus comentarios. Por favor envíenme un correo para remitirles las fotografías
