I am a gold club card member and my card is misplaced for the past four months, I am purchasing from Clicks monthly and loose points every month. When I do my shopping the cashier always tells me I must apply for a brand new card which means to me I will get a blue one and I am gold. I am very unable as a Clicks customer, because of the service I get, I should get a gold card and what about my points?

Good Day

Kindly note that i bought a yardley liquid matte lipstick at Clicks in Brooklyn on the 17th of June 2016. A week later the lipstick burst and found it to have messed my handbag. When I returned the lipstick in one of the Clicks store that is next to my place, I was taken from pillar to post and even I produced the till slip as proof. Eventually they referred me to another Clicks Store to exchange it, when got there, I explained the problem of the lipstick, but the attitude I got from the lady who was assisting me was alarming. She was so rude to me it even felt like it was my fault or I had stolen it. Kindly speak to your workers to please treat customers with respect, respect is a two way street. Yes we all have problems and frustrations, but to take them to work and take them out on customers is very wrong. In a nutshell I was not happy about the service I received. We work for our money and when buying products we expect good quality. Value for money.

I WENT LAST MONTH TO Clicks, CAMPUS SQUARE, JHB. THE PHARMACIST TOOK THE ORIGIONAL SCRIPT FOR GLAUCOSAN EYE DROPS. IT IS ON CHRONIC REPEAT X5. ON THE 28 JUNE 2016 I WENT BACK FOR A REPEAT AT 10AM. THE PHARMACIST INFORMED ME THAT THEY HAD NO STOCK BUT I CAN RETURN LATE AFTERNOON. HE PROCESS THE SCRIPT AND I SIGNED FOR IT JUST TO COLLECT IT. ON THE 29 JUNE I WENT BACK AT 11AM TO COLLECT IT. HE SAID THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. I MUST RETURN ON THE 30 JUNE. I TOLD HIM IT IS FOR GLUCOMA AND NEED MY EYES DROPS. I TOLD HIM I CAME ALL THE WAY FOR NOTHING. I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER PHARMACY AND BOUGHT IT CASH WITHOUT A SCRIPT BECAUSE Clicks HAS MY SCRIPT. HE SAID HE IS SORRY BUT THE ONE THAT HE PROCESS I CAN GET NEXT MONTH. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. On Monday 2016-02-29 I was doing my shopping at Clicks Vallmall, I bought baby products with an amount of R936. 40 using my standard bank cheque card after the cashierswipe it he said it decline requesting to swipe again, he said it decline again, but at the same time receiving two different cell notifications. Supervisor then request bank statement to prove if the amounts went through, I did as he requested and its been proved that the amount went through. He then called the Manager she then took both bank statement and their printout said she is going to send it to head office for the refund of an amount ofR1872. 80 because they do not do it at the shop and she requested me to pay those products cash wich I did. She said its will take two days, but still didn't get the refund. We've been communicating telephonically, but the matter seems to be difficult to be resolved. My contact number is 0836134190.

Good day

I just have a complaint regarding the Clicks brand nappies. I bought a pack for the first time two weeks ago. The pack is about half and of the half that i used about six of he nappies had broken valcro straps. I did not think much of it, but its like every 2nd nappy i am taking out from the pack is broken. I am really not happy with this product and i actually regret spending my money on this jumbo pack i bought. Regards

Morning,

I saw an advert on TV last night for Trisynex Capsules (for weight loss) and this morning I have called about five Gauteng branches and they do not know what I am talking about. How can that be? Is it true that they do not have the tablets or they just do not know them or they are lazy to check? I expect a better service from Clicks. Some of your consultants on the phone when I said to them "do you have Trisynex?" the response was "What?" That is very rude You can never say "What?" to a customer. The next moment they just say "No we do not have it" -, but how true is that? Why is Clicks advertising something that they did not supply to their branches?.

I usually buy my leg wax at Clicks K. C. But I normally buy the Mandy's wax. On this day I decided to try the Nair brand as it was a bit cheaper. But it just so happens that cheaper is crappier When I removed the wax it already felt very hard, I followed the instructions and when I peeled the strips apart all the wax came off on one side. I tried again and placed the strip on my leg. When I pulled the strip off the wax stayed behind on my leg. I had to painfully remove the wax piece by piece and it bruised my skin and caused spots of blood. I will never ever waste my money or time with Nair and I will definitely discourage others from using that product. I am so disappointed and upset that I wasted my money and I hope Clicks removes it from their shelves.

After shopping at Clicks Eastgate today(13 December 2015) I was leaving the store when the security beeper went off because the cashier failed to deativate the magnetic strip from the medication I purchased, this is not the first time nor the second time this has happened which is very embarrassing, but furthermore the security guard who then must check the slip was extremely rude, unfriendly, abrupt and very unprofessional the way he handled the situation, he did not bother to greet me, but rather grabbed my packet and rudely signalled me through the security beeper as if I was a thief, I had words with him and as I was l was walking away he still shouted after me. When is Clicks going to train their cashiers and security guards properly?I do not feel like returning to this store to finish my christmas shopping which is a pity because I was plannining to as the store has some fantastic specials.

I was in one of your stores and was considering buying one of your High Definition cosmetic gifting boxes- HD Makeup Solution, I wanted to first take a look at the ingredients of the products and found that NONE of these sets have the ingredients listed outside of the packaging. After asking a consultant, she had to break the seal stickers on the packaging and eventually found the ingredients printed onto the product inside the carton. Please note that this is not legally acceptable. A consumer must have the opportunity to view the product ingredients prior to purchasing. Please advise soonest.

I walked into Clicks Foreshore (Loop Str) 7/10/15 @ 7h45)and waited patiently whilst "one' male staff member assisted us - there were five people in the queue. A young lady was assisting with packing, no smile on her face and constantly looking at her watch. I turned to the lady and asked her why she could not open one of the other tills to assist the clients 'waiting' only to be told that "the trains were late". After a few minutes she walked away from the tills. I then asked the gentleman behind the counter as to why she could not assist him and open another till only to be told "she is the Manager, and does not do this". I was shocked I told him if I was the Manager of the store I would have opened another till to assist those clients waiting patiently to be served. This is APPALLING service .

Bought l-oreal revitalize laser renew 30ml cream at Clicks in North park Pretoria north in June 2015. Went to exchange bottle because pump action is not working on bottle in August 2015. Gentleman on floor said could not exchange bottle and disappear into back storage place without coming back out again. According to the new consumer protection act a consumer may exchange defective items ie exchange refund or repair if defective. Obviously the Pretoria north store needs training. Your assistance in solving this matter is required.

I have purchased a Toni and guy hair straightener six months ago from Clicks and the hair straightener is not to what I expected as it does not straighten my hair nice, my mum as one also and hers is simply awesome I have taken the straightener back to Clicks and they said they cannot help me which made me really disappointed as I have paid a lot for something that does not do the job. I was at Clicks MONTANA BRANCH. I want to claim for medicine. My medical aid said they need a statement from Clicks before they can pay out the claim. Yesterday when I was there the lady told me that the printer was not working and I had to come back the following day. I went there and guess what? The printer was still not working. OK now you tell me what customer service that, is. I I phone the medical aid so the lady said they must me mail it to her. OK I phone three times and the phone was just ringing. I am really very disappointed in Clicks Montana.

Good day, I have purchased an egg omelette machine as a wedding gift for one of my friends from the Phoenix Plaza, Durban branch on Saturday the 4th of July 2015. When I took it home to wrap this equipment I had noticed that the contents was tamped with and to my surprise it was also used and had oil stains residue on the inside. I returned the item that same day and my wife tried to explain the Manager about my experience who was not helpful and didn't even give any apologies. It's clear that this item was used and returned to the store and was just placed back on the shelf for resale. If I never check the item before gift wrapping it, it would have been very embarrassing for both my wife and myself to give this item as a second hand appliance gift. Yesterday was the frost time i ever experienced such terrible customer service from the Clicks workshop (Durban). Ro-xanne Munsamy was so rude and unhelpful. I am really disappointed and i really some sort of training be given to her with regards to customer. Her tone she used on me her body language. Today. eight April 2015 at 12h30, we visited Clicks Ladysmith KZN. At the pharmacy counter was only one assistant (Lizelle). The line of customers were five in front of us and four at that stage behind us. Two customers ahead of us eventually left the store because they had been waiting for so long. The assistant did her best, but it's difficult to deal with prescriptions, OTC as well as telephone. The pharmacist was behind closed doors and she had to rush to him at two occasions to clear things. Clicks has contracts with medical aids to deliver a service and this is not the service they pay for. We have in the past complained about the attitude of the pharmacy, especially the pharmacist, Rafeek. He told me in my face that I am a naturally difficult customer because I dare to complain. To add to the workload of the poor assistant, the shelves were very empty with a lot of boxes to be unpacked. When will this poor assistant ever get the opportunity to unpack the stock while the store is so busy?.

Clicks – false advertisingIn the Clicks adds valid from 25 February to 22 March 2015 it advertised Caltrate Plus 90 tablets for Rs 149.00 (value pack). I went to Monumentpark Clicks on the 26th February and they told me they don’t have stock and I must come back next week because maybe they will get stock on Tuesday. On the 27th of February I went to Clicks in Sanlam Centre, Pretoria and they also didn’t have stock and told me to come back late next week. How can you advertise something that you don’t have stock in your shops ? and it is not that the Caltrate was sold out, there was no stock from the beginning.

Today Sunday 22nd of February 2014 I called at the Clicks pharmacy at the Valley shopping centre. The pharmacist continued eating in the back room after acknowledging my presence. I was the only person waiting to be served and no other customers were present. After ten minutes without any service I walked to the front of the store and informed the staff of the issue and my reasons to rather support another pharmacy in the future.

On Sunday 23 November we did shopping at Clicks Ezulwini Swaziland to the amount of 616. 68. From start our teller were very impatient with customers. She did remove our debit card from machine before transaction was cleared of her TILL. But at the same time my bank confirmed with me payment positive with a SMS. Clicks then insisted to swipe card again and after numerous explanations etc. And dealing with very unfriendly staff not trained staff and not calling on manager for about 30 minute – phoning to head office IT department. As we ask why they don’t answer – sorry we don’t know if they working today. Then for us to leave the store with our goods we paid for we needed to swipe our debit card again – we then paid twice for goods. The Manager then arrive and say please come with your bank statement and proof to us the two payment. We did that during the week 25 November and had a call from Ezulwini branch three days later saying that we will receive our money back. But w.
