Where is my £50 promised on purchasing a two suites recently. I was told that this money had gone into my Paypal account, but it had not. I have also spent a considerable amount of time "trying" to communicate with your company, but I am just kept on hold. I hope you are going to compensate me for my time and the cost of my phonecalls whilst on hold. This seem like a scam to me between the phone company and yourselves. It seems to happen every time I phone a Britich company that I am put on hold and told someone will be with me shortly. What is your definition of SHORTLY ? I do not think 40 minutes can be regarded as shortly, but to me it's over £6. 00. Get the finger out please and sort this out. I spend a considerable amount of money with your organisation, but I will not be coming back Richard Budniak

Mr. Martin Nelson On Phone To Dunelm Mill Service
My order number was 16235881 not delivered on 16/10/2014 and Dunelm have not provided any information, despite all my efforts to get an update on the delivery situation from Dunelm’s customer service. The order confirmation email is received on 26/09/2014. Specified the delivery date of 16/10/2014. As i had not been contacted by 16:25 on 16/10/2014 regarding delivery, i telephoned on 03443460022. After ten minutes of waiting for customer service to pick up my call i lost patience and hung up. I then used Dunelm’s web site to request the non-delivery be investigated. This prompted an automated email response and i telephoned the suggested 034521656565 at 9:33 on 17/10/14. After 20 minutes of waiting, Deborah from customer service took my call. She said "she did not have the answer, but would find out and telephone me“. She also said, “if she did not have the answer by 3:00 pm, she would telephone me anyway”. It is now 7:35 pm and i still have not received the promised telephone call.

Eventually the day bed i ordered was delivered. I ordered a food steamer in december 2016 but, because of my previous experience, chose click-and-collect. That worked fine.
