Bought a TV from Emerson and it was faulty from day one no Audio Tech came out changed the audio board and TV again no audio and now it's out of warranty and Emerson is saying too bad so sad I will never buy another Emerson TV againthey only warranty that their product will work for a year and after that you have to buy another TV. Customer service was Horrible to deal with the Supervisor by the name of Juliet, was not the best supervisor to deal with she would not even give me the corporate headquarters phone number and basically I am stuck with a TV that has no audio.

I return home today to turn in my TV to see what appears to be a cracked screen There was no one here when I was gone and it worked just fine when I left. What the frick? I receive a 50 inch for Christmas gift, it was a black Friday special. The screen went out and I was told to take it to a repairman that (Emerson) recommended and was told it could not be fix and that Emerson would exchange or refund. This was October 2015, its now March one, 2016. I've been given the run around on service and customer satisfaction. This is something i know and have experience, not read. I would not recommend this company (Emerson) for anyone Have ask for corporate to contact me on this matter and to today (Mar-1-2016) have not receive a call. Very unsatisfied with this company. I purchused a TV four months ago a 50 inch from Walmart and two weeks ago I got a black blotch in the screen and lines run thrust the screen. I sent a on line complaint to. Customer care to see what they would do about it and heard nothing back to date that's about three weeks ago. No the problem wasn't solved I was sold a faulty TV and I want it fixed or replaced at no cost to me. This is not a rare problem, but rather a common problem for your Tvs not to have sound and I bought it during Christmas. I am not going to let get away with this scam any longer. I spoke with an associate called Ray and a supervisor called Rudy. I will not let you guys take advantage of people and I want my money back or a replacement. I m having the same problem and have not had the tV a year! all of a sudden the volume just stop working but the volume picture is up! have to keep unplugging the tv 2-3 times a day to get the volume back on and that is a nerve wrecking!.
