As a new fish own I choose what I believe to be The best Fishtank for me in my fIsh, so I made a very big mistake Of gettin not just one, but two fluval tanks, ?????? my fish traps at the back of this tank dayley , behind the back wall, where The filter Pumps are, The water pump supplied with the fish tanks seems to have a white scummy slimy skin looking think keeps appearing, which I believe is contributing to the death of my fish, as my water test keep coming back with stressed water, I would not recommend this thank ideally I’ll be able to get my money back, but the shop refuses to help me solve my problem, instead of finding this relaxing and calming I’m finding it stressful and upsetting as my fish keep getting stuck, and the person in the shop keeps telling me I’m killing my fish poisoning them.

I purchased a fluval filter last August at petco it is a 306 model. I live atleast an hour and half away from the store in an area that gets serious snow storms. I offered to drive there to exchange this filter for a new. One. They told me it was past their warrenty and all I could do is buy. A. New. One and contact you for a refund. My problem is that if I do this how can I be sure you will refund me my purchase price. I wanted to go to the bext biggest size filter and was willing to pay the difference in price. They would not do this and did not even have one in that size. They offered me a marine life filter instead. I may deal with foster smith instead what do I do to get my refund from you as it is under a two year warrenty.

I just recently purchased a AquaClear Fluval 70 filter about five months ago and now the pump stops working. I do not hear any noise coming from the pump or see it moving. Is there way to reset or to start it again?

This is not a complaint. I use an AquaClear 70 filter which I really like, but the motor unit for the 70 has completely failed after getting a little more out of it by recently replacing the magnet/impeller assembly. I would just like to replace the motor rather than the whole filter assembly, but no pet shops can help me. I was told by someone at Petsmart that you have acquired AquaClear and I am hoping that I could order this part from you. Thank you for your time and consideration,

I am very unhappy regarding I fluval 306 filter which after only nine months of use is now making a horrendous noise. The filter is cleaned regularly and I have taken all the steps provided by you on several websites, but all to no avail, the problem will not go away, I am assuming there is at least 1yrs manufacturing warrenty with this product and upon looking up the problem I appear to just be one of many people that have had issues with this filter all having same problems I am having.
