Hi I arranged to have a technician install a satellite dish and change my Foxtel boxes on the 6th November. A technician arrived, took one look at the outside (Front) of my terrace house and said he couldn't install my dish. He arrange to send a team with crane for 23rd November between ten and 2pm. On that date I receive four text messages from a technician however didn't arrive. Next day I phoned and was told by an overseas operator that the 1st technician had made a note that our house was to difficult. I told the call centre that it would be easy to install the satellite dish at the back of the house. The call centre keeps telling me that Foxtel cant install my unit. Please is it possible for someone from Foxtel Australia to call me so I could explain how easy it would be to access the back of the hous It would be appreciated if you could call me on 97984596. Thank you Frederick Shaw .

I have now been with Foxtel for a few years paying $100 a month continuously. But four months ago i had problems with my desktop box, phoned and complained and was told that someone would contact me within two weeks. I month later a called again and now with further problems, set box not working, unable to watch movies, does not record correctly. Sticks all the time, and more problems. I was told that i would received better box at no extra cost and that a tech would contact me within seven days for deliver. But one month later still no contact. I have continuously called to get this sorted that i will get a discount, receive upgrade for free. But still now four months later, nothing works, And we will not be paying for something we can get through another network. This is a legal matter for you as you have not followed through on your end of the deal, at great cost to me and continual lies. It is not fair that a consumer has to wait for four months for your product. Tamara 0487907929.
