I've sent you several emails about my problem with Gamehouse. I purchased the game Super Letter Linkers years back and I went to that game and Text Twist to my new computer and it wont download. Text Twist did download and the the last time i got a new computer, I did't have no problems there either. I paid for this game and I want it back

I have contacted your customer service through your game house web sit and each time it appears I log on it charges me a service fee of $19. 95. I do not mind paying for one month since I renewed my membership in December, but charged 11 times and still getting charge time I log in. I have bought no games and only down loaded two free games as the terms and the condition of Fin pass allows. I need you to fix this issue cause playing my games is my relaxation.
