I purchased a headphone beanie hat for my son and he tried it for the first time and had problems I have found the damage and am appalled at what I found this is complete neglect of service and a hazard please inspect this as I am extremely angered by the quality and care taken on this product please give me a direct email and I will send photographs of the damaged product.

My wife is a customer of Grattan. We also pay for the Talk Talk unlimited phone package which provides us with free UK calls to standard land line numbers. However, each month I am appalled by the cost of the phone calls my wife incurs when calling your company on its 0871 number. This month it was over £6 Do you have a free phone number or standard UK phone number that won't incur these ridiculous costs? If not we will cease using Grattan.

Someone has used my name and address to order goods from you for delivery by "forestgarden" to my address 61 Parkgate Rd London SW11 4NU. "Forestgate" sent me letters informing me of impending deliveries and I have managed to cancel these deliveries. I AM WORRIED that my c/card has been cloned and a stranger has ordered these goods reference number10140576-B13260569703607 and 8. OTHERWISE how would you know my name and delivery address ??Please can you let me know the name or phone number of this person and which card they offered for these orders as I need to put a stop to his/her actions and although to date I have not had a charge against my bank account. I may need to cancel the card with my bank to prevent this sort of thing happening again. Urgent reply please as I need to protect my Bank account. Regards (M:07802279447).
