Dear Henderson-Webb, I live at 7895 Tall Pines Ct. Apt L Glen Burnie, Md 21061. April 29th, 2017 your company sent me a letter stating that I have people hanging in the hallway this is not true. Apt E has two young guys that have company after school and sometimes on the weekend hanging in the hallway sitting on the stairs, leaving shoes, skate board, at the bottom of the stairs apt (I) there is a young male and the same exact things are happening. Please look into this matter. Thank you.

I have been dealing with a broken AC for the past week and a half. Maintenance has been in and out of my apartment constantly and I have not been able to be there while they are there. When I get home, there is always a mess. They soiled my carpet with their boots and debris from whatever they were doing in the ceiling. My bathroom has been a mess. They do not leave any notes stating that they have been there or what they have done/what's next, I only know that they were there because of the mess that is left. So far I have a temporary unit in my kitchen, a hole in my closet wall, and no idea what's going on or the progress that has been made. This is very frustrating and unprofessional service from an apartment that I pay (not a small amount of money) to live in.

Was up all night 7/28 because Hen-Webb dumped stuff from 7994-L eviction under my window at 7998-G Silent Winds Court. In the 20 years I have been a tenant in the same apartment. No one from this building has ever been evicted. So it is unsightly to have other people's stuff dumped here making our building look trashy and like an undesirable place to live. It also a puzzling choice since there are three other corners that could be used. All night people used flashlights to look thru stuff and at 6am more people were again under my window going thru the unsightly mess. Then at 8:15 am 11-1/2 Hen-Webb Maintenance Men loudly started cleaning up the mountain of garbage and belongings. I have videos and pictures. One picture shows people picking up stuff extremely near the Hen-Webb sign that says "No Trespassing. " Isn't this encouraging illegal behavior? My suggestion: direct Property Manager to direct the Hen-Webb eviction crew to use another location.
