Bought a house, the oven went out on our stove, the stove is old yes, but it worked when we bought the house, we used the stove for better than six months and they are claiming it was a pre-existing problem, well we could not buy the house unless everything was working because we purchased the house through FHA. HMS DOES NOT WANT TO HONOR THE WARRANTY ON THE STOVE. We've heard some bad things about HMS, but didn't believe them until now. We want our stove replaced or repaired or we are changing our Home Warranty.

Trying to renew my contract. Renewal website is not working properly; will not allow moving past the screen where the deductible is selected. Called customer service (Sun. Afternoon). After dealing with the awful computer animated response system, I FINALLY got a customer service agent. Told her I was trying to renew, but was having trouble doing it online. Asked that she help. WAS TOLD TO CALL BACK MON-FRI 9-9. Huh? You all must not want your money too badly. Not a happy camper, that's for sure. I will call back, although having to deal with the computer system yet again doesn't make me happy. Also, the reminder card that came in the mail stated a due date of 09/03. I didn't even get it until 09/13 So already the payment is "late".
