I had to reinstall runescape and now can not get into game as says my graphic cad is out of date. I have never had this issue before. I do not want to have to spend $$ to upgrade my computer. There was an option in login that let me use my current configuration, but that doesn't come up anymore. I've been playing over 15years and this is very frustrating.

I requested a new password due to my account being locked (

I got banned this morning for doing nothing, All I was doing was killing dust devils for red charms for dxp week end, If I do not get my account back soon, I will drop my members and a lot of the clan i am is too, I did nothing wrong I use a mouse to do everything and i am not a rebot after almost 11 years of playing I do not know where you got that from, i am a 65 old woman that likes runescape. Mr. Cronin here. I was falsely banned from the game while pretending to be a bot to troll some players at the Barbarian fishing area. I have attempted every means possible to contact Jagex to no avail. They have the absolutely worst customer service I've seen in a major company.
