KTVR Knowledge Park for Engineering and Technology – KTVR KPET Coimbatore is established in Coimbatore by KTVR Siddhammal Charitable Trust with the great vision of imparting enriched quality of technical education. KTVR-KPET attempts to offer UG and PG programmes in Engineering, Technology and Management to create qualified professionals to match the technological boom all over the world. KTVR-KPET envisions being a reputed well-recognized technical education center with a global prospective.

K. T. Venkatarama Reddy is the Founder of KTVR Knowledge Park for Engineering and Technology – KTVR KPET Coimbatore and this institution is his brainchild. His goal was to graduate individuals with preparation for successful careers in the globally competitive technological environment. Er. V. Logan than assumes the office of Secretary / Trustee of KTVR-KPET. As a Civil Engineer and Builder with three decades of expertise in property development, he also holds the Vice-President position of the Coimbatore Property Developers' Association. He was awarded the ''Udyogh Rattan'' award by the Institute of Economic Studies for his excellence in construction.

Vision of KTVR Knowledge Park for Engineering and Technology – KTVR KPET Coimbatore is to provide learning opportunities that cherish students’ ethical values, expertise in Science and Technology, research interests and social responsibilities so that they become assets of the nation. College offers different kind of bachelor and master courses leading to different streams.

KTVR Knowledge Park for Engineering and Technology – KTVR KPET Coimbatore is located in Maddhampalayam, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. KTVR-KPET is situated amidst tranquility and peace in 20 acres of land with a canopy of trees and lush green lawns. The campus is about 25 Kms away from Coimbatore City and 10 Kms from Mettupalayam. The ambience provided will facilitate a pleasant stay and an efficient knowledge-transfer in the campus. These systems are accommodated in 10 spacious computer centers, which is set up with a state of the art, interior comfort and higher configurations. Our labs are highly networked and are controlled by a College server, which extends its service throughout all the labs. Moreover each lab is endorsed with individual servers.

The Internet lab offers high-speed Internet access to all students of this institution through leased line. There are 79 National journals and 59 International Journals subscribed in our college Library. The library remains open from 9 AM to 8.PM. Our Library is completely computerized and measures are being taken to promote our Library to Digital Library.

The hostels are more spacious and have the capacity to accommodate 450 students in each hostel.
