You have taken my money, but I can not find my books. You have no UK telephone number that I can find. The books are nowhere in my library. I wanted real books, paperbacks, not audio. I have never heard of you I have used Audible every month for many years and I therefore use Audible when I want audio books I am disgusted with your behaviour and am now requesting my bank to cancel the £12. 68 which you are trying to grab, without my having received them You say they are "In your library", but they can not be in my library from Audible because you have taken my money and I only buy from Audible on the day in the month when my Standing Order is paid. I am so disgusted that words fail me. Please review your ethical standards.

I orderd a soup recipe book about two weeks ago cud be three wks still not received it was my first order. Heard not athing only email confirmation of my order, but no book wont be using you again and wont recommend either. Although the book wasn't much, but that's not the point is it.

I cannot log on to wifi via an Orange router here in France. It's new. I'm asked for a password and have entered the long number on the base of the router which is the normal WPA?
It is a 26 digit number-is this the one. If not which is it likely to be?
I have bought many books in the past and wish to do so now.

My screen just says read on with a line of flicking squares at the bottom and will not change. I have tried all your suggestions from switching off to a factory reset and nothing happens other than I return to the same message.
