Ms. Sue Mitchell On Phone To Lennox Service
Hello, I purchased a 3G plus fireplace insert in November from the Amazon with 3G plus as the third party. Well needless to say it is already not working. They did replace it, but I would like to get the other one fixed. This information came up when I put in a contact for corporate to go right to the head of the company. I am sure it is not you or maybe it is in dealing with them? I'm at wits end at this point I have no way to make them listen to my requests. I email them and its the same email with the same response. Is there any thing you may do for me to at least get a dealer who services these or electric inserts in general that are still under warranty?

I PURCHASED A 3TON Lennox XP14 HEAT PUMP ON APRIL six, 2015. DID NOT REALIZE IT ONLY HAD A TWO YEAR WARRANTY ON LABOR. I REPLACED THE ENTIRE SYSTEM BOTH INSIDE AND OUT FOR THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. THE INSIDE FAN MOTOR DIES ON APRIL 29, 2017. THAT IS CORRECT 23 DAYS OUT OF WARRANTY. COST $89 FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE AND THEN ANOTHER $200 TO INSTALL MOTOR AFTER WAITING TWO DAYS SINCE FAILURE OCCURRED ON FRIDAY EVENING. INSTALL TOOK LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. I WAS EXPECTING A LITTLE MORE SERVICE TIME BEFORE PUTTING OUT THAT KIND OF MONEY. I HAVE ALSO BEEN PAYING FOR TWO SERVICE CALLS ANNUALLY TO KEEP WARRANTY IN GOOD STANDING.

I have a new XP25, CBX40UHV-480-230, and S30 thermostat. My question is do I have to leave my Lennoxicomfort App running on my computer and iPhone for the Automatic "Away" feature to work. I have the auto-away feature check on both my iPhone and computer and for some reason it does not work
when I go outside the 4mi setting I have it set for. I has worked in the past and I've checked both my phone and computer and nothing seems to help. We occasionally have power outages and it seems to reconnect okay and I check it.
