***THIS IS MY SECOND MESSAGE WITH STILL NO RESPONSE***I'd like to ask you, how the heck am I supposed to pay off my loan if I cannot see the total amount still due, or change my payment online? It's almost like a trap, I keep paying the same amount every month and it seems never ending.
