I cancelled my account and since then I had issues with customer service at the store located at the Fountains located at 8889 Gateway Blvd West Ste 500 El Paso TX. They do not care about the customer and its only at their convenience. They were not helpful, and the manager was not on site to speak too. I do not recommend this company to anyone that would want to do business with them.

I tried to cancel my membership after fulfilling my years contract. I was told that there was no fax that I could send it to and no manager was on duty that could send me a form to fill out. My cancellation date is on the 14th. My membership was opened at 10096 E 13th St Set 126 Wichita. Ks 67206. The receptionist, Katherine was rude and she ended up hanging up on me. I really do not appreciate that kind of response.
