Been trying to get my new router fitted for the last six months in my home in Lanzarote. Movistar have promised me they will ring me back within three days, but have not done. You have sent me a letter from Madrid informing me that my internet will not work after 29th November 2019, but still you have not come to my house to fit my new router. Hence I now have no internet. Can you please supply me an e mail address of someone I can e mail for Movistar Internet services, as obviously your phone system does not function. John Ashton .

Telecolor in April came to my House and CUT the telephone line. Something has gone very wrong between Telecolor and Movistar and I hve been paying two Companies for ADSL and Movistar for Telephone calls. I have paid Movistar for Telephone calls, BUT I require Movistar
TO REFUND THE ADSL CHARGES FOR DECEMBER 2017 AND JANUAY, FEBRUARY, MARCH AND APRIL. And cancel the last demand for payment for May as formally stated. Many thanks for your help in this matter, M. P. Bendall.

I have been trying to cancel my Movistar contract since November 2017, when I changed over to Telecolour. I returned the Movistar router to the Movistar office in Orihuela the fist week of November 2017. Movistar has been charging my Bank for ADSL for six Months. I have now blocked my Bank account. Something has gone badly wrong between Telecolour and Movistar. This results in me being charged by both companies for seven Months. I require a full refund for the ADSL charge from Movistar, as they have charged for a service that was not provided. The Telephone charges I am stuck with, but I am an innocent party in this mix up. I changed provider from Movistar to Orange in December 2017. I have again received a bill from Movistar for a service which is no longer provided by you. I want some technical support to check my land line which has not worked for some weeks. Every time I ring I am put on hold and after around 20 minutes or so the line goes dead. Can you help please. I am company director of Next Level Refractories S. L. Our address is Carrer Reikiavik three, 03530 La Nucia and I encounter problems with receiving SMS messages, since about one week this is not possible anymore. Never had problems with this before. Funny thing is that everything else works, Phone, internet etc, but not SMS service. This is very uncomfortable since we need to pay wages to our personnel and I am abroad in the middle east and thus cannot come by to your office in Spain.
