Goodday A few months ago a lot of our buyers at Mr Price clothing complained re the disorder of the clothing in the shop. Management stepped in and the shop was perfect. I was in there this morning and it is chaos - untidy and different types of clothing all over the ladies department. I went to Mr Price Chris Hani in vosloorus on 11 July 2016 and there was a problem with their speed points. I am very unhappy with Mr Price green acres PE. The manager took only one set of bra's back, but refused to take other set because had no tag on it, but I had my slip and she said it smelled like smoke. I visited your Oudtshoorn clothing store and thanks to Heinrich blocking the aisle with his trolley and some idiot leaving a sharp metal shelf sticking out I gashed my leg open and bled. Heinrich looked at me like a piece of excrement for daring to injure myself and did so yet again when I said it is common to at least ask "are you alright?" when someone is in obvious pain and bleeding. The gash on my leg was eye level to a little girl running around the store so maybe having sharp rusty shelves at eye height to a small child is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I shouldn't leave your store bleeding and limping when i go to buy clothes. When i told the manager I was disgusted to be looked at with hatred and total lack of compassion by her staff (who i can only assume was the one who left the shelf sticking out in the first place) she laughed and said thanks and walked away. DISGUSTING attitude from shelf stacker and my receipt says Riana was the store manager. This happened at 12. 25 on 23/01/16.

I am Naledi from Sharpeville I buy my clothing at Mr Price mainly because it has the best prices for a high school student to spend. On Wednesday I went to the Mr Price in Vereeniging right after writing my exam, only to be told by the security at the door to come back at two o'clock because students in uniform come in at that time. For that money I expected a better quality and a much thicker tipe of duvet inner as the one I received. I went to buy sport clothes for my son at Mr Price Sport at The Grove. At the cashier the lady was very reluctant to assist me. So much so that another lady at the tills had to reprimand her.
