I am rather upset that I have to wait three days for credit which was purchased at an ABM machine and not sent to my phone. The mere fact that I purchased it at the machine is because I wanted it on my phone immediately. Why should it take so long? Purchase was made last Thursday, July 19 and I made the complaint on the following day. Today Monday I have not received the credit at 4:17.

I waited 30 minutes and finally hung up…irony is that Ja is being touted as a call-centre hub…Ha…at any rate i need to speak to someone re a dormant acct. The acct is in the name of my parents, both of whom are deceased and myself and my other two sisters…we are all signers on the acct…the statements use to come to my father at my US home address…he has since died and i am now mainly at my home in Canada…. My mail is no longer being forwards from the US to Canada and i am only in the US for a part of the year…so i need to see about changing the address to Canada…. N i also need to take the acct out of dormancy as i want to use it to have deposits made to it in Jamaica. Could someone please contact me…. My trips to Jamaica are now few and far between and i rarely get to Kingston where the acct was opened…n trying to get anything done on the Coast is a task in itself…thanking you in advance.
