To whom it may concern, I need to return my Nectar mattress, but I am not able to get anyone from Customer Service to respond to my emails with information how to do that. I can not roll up the bed and shove it into a bag, so I need to know the procedure to return the bed and get the full refund to my credit card. For some reason, you do not publish an American phone number. Maybe you do not have one. If you do not, please consider getting one, as it is very difficult sometimes to not be able to actually speak with a live person. 503-476-7193 My name is Janelle and I recently purchased a bed from you. It has never become fully flat. It is a king sized mattress that is resting on a proper twin box spring set. I have had the mattress for over three weeks and it is still resting in the shape of a large dugout canoe. What is wrong with this mattress? I followed all of the online and printed directions for unpacking and installing this mattress.
