My account has been frozen and i do not understand why. I have not been playing for a few years due to a non working computer. I now have a working computer and would like to access my account. I have been playing this game since it was first advertised on eyewitness news in NYC many years ago. I am 61 years old and wish to continue enjoying this game. I used to play on a daily basis

I opened my first acc. In 2006 and have not changed the pass word or user name and suddenly it wouldn't accept the password so I ended up losing millions of points and a lot of money that I have put into that acc. Donabuzibee. Password was kody1016 Is there anyway you can put those points and my inventory into my new acc. Since I did nothing wrong to get them taken from me?.

My account was frozen for several listed reasons while i was away i asked a admin Tony P which ones was it that i was said to have done out of those he replied no idea. I asked for proof he replied there was none. I was then told if i proved it was my account it would be return i gave the email that started it and is also the one i still use today i gave neofriends names items i gave the my lava pool time which is different for each account and my old passwords i used, but still no account Tony P wanted my PayPal info i told him i did not now or ever have one of those he got mad and stopped talking i made a temp account to use tickets they where always left as open meaning not read yet i made several with different topics they closed the last as a duplicate which it was, but how did they know if the rest where listed still as open i asked this in a new ticket then the rest where closed that shows they read the rest, but did not want to fix there mess.
