I need to know how to receive a refund on my full set of Orgreenic cookware. I purchased the whole boxed set which definitely does not perform as advertised. Every single thing I cook on the pans sticks, even with oil or butter, when it is advertised to not stick at all with no grease. It was an expensive set which does not work. I want to know how to get my money back, as it is still under warranty.

I purchased a twelve inch Orgreenic fry pan from Bed Bath and Beyond and have been very happy with it's performance until recently. The center of the pan has a light green discoloration and the coating no longer prevents sticking. I have been very careful, using only plastic utensils when cooking as to not scratch the coating. I am requesting a replacement due to issues with the coating. I will be more than glad to return the current pan for your review. Thank you

Hello,
3-4 years ago, I purchased an Orgreenic frying pan from Target and I remember the lifetime warranty that covered it. The pan now has about a 3" diameter in the center where the green has worn off. I am hoping I can be sent a replacement. And in the time being, should I not use the pan? (I am uncomfortable with aluminum and am not sure if that is what the exposed portion is made of. My 12 inch Orgreenic frying pan has lost all it's non-stick properties. I have only had this pan for five months and it's worse than a cast iron pan
Even bacon sticks to it. I think I got a defective product I would like it replaced or my money back.

Was great for a week or two. Then, No Good almost in a flash. There are other Real non-stick pans out there. This is SCAM. Cost as much as a new one to return and pay Telebrands $7. 95 for the replacement. A big Thumbs Down. There is gotta be an agency to protect us from this kind of fraud.

Hello, my name is Paul Garner , and I'm writing to let you know how unpleased with my Orgreenic skillet. Every time I use it there is no non stick qualities at all. I'm a cook as my profession and use large and small skillets on a full time basis. I use a pampered chef skillet to make smaller items and love it cheese even slides right out of it. I have included a picture of my pan right after using it for dinner. I'm unsure if it is only my pan with this issue or how all of them are. Our set of Orgreenic post and pans is not as advertised. While initially we were pleased that was short lived

Even with seasoning as instructed they continue to have food stick. We have had them a year or so and have seasoned them three or four times. I gave aset as a gift also and am going to contact them to see how theirs are. How do we get them exchanged?

Hello, I purchased an Orgreenic frying pan. At first the pan was excellent I was very satisfied as nothing sticked as it was advertised. However after approx six months food started sticking to the pan. This frying pan was excellent even in washing it as it was extremely easy to clean. Besides the food sticking to the pan it's starting to chip as well. I would like to note I never put this pan in a dishwasher. Is it possible to send me another pan and I can send this one back to you so you can see how it did not hold up to what it was advertised? Thank you for your time in this matter.

Hello,
I have been using an Orgreenic fry pan for more than a year now, and it has definitely lost its non-stick capability. I have to use butter or oil in my pan so the food won't stick. It also has scratches which I am sure contribute to the loss of the non-stick feature. I would like to return the pan to you, or should I just throw it out. The Orgreenic is not stick free. I have done everything they have told me and more, and all items stick, burn, and these do not work. They sent me a second set, and have the same issue. Nothing has changed. These are the worst pots/pans you can get, You can get a better set, cheaper, that do not stick. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. THESE ARE A SCAM AND DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY. These have a lifetime warranty, I do not want a 3rd set, I want a full refund, these are junk.

I purchased your product today. I washed and dried them as recommended. I seasoned them as recommended, at 300 degrees for one hour. Now I have a full set of pots and pans that feel like rubber cement has been applied and baked onto the cooking surface. It's a sticky gluey mess on all pieces. I want my money back and a replacement value of the old, but very quality cookware I attempted to replace.

I purchased the following Orgreenic products: two small skillets, one large skillet, dutch oven. They are definitely NOT non stick surfaces. I take very good care of my pots and pans and never put them in a dishwasher. Bacon even sticks in the skillets--that just is not right.
