Looking over bank statements for 2017, I recently discovered a number of double charges for parking in a Massachusetts MBTA lot. How did this happen and how can I get a refund for these double charges?.
We have a large account with Park Mobile with around 180 parkers which we having issues with. I tried to reach out to the account Manager Sara Stanley since last week with no response on her part. We need this to be resolved as soon as possible since our employees are getting parking violations that we are not going to take responsibility for. Please give us a call back to 203-353-0711.

Was on the phone with your customer service to express my concern that you can no longer end your parking time early as had I known, I would not have signed up for two hours when I probably would only need one and a half. That was a great advantage over other parking options and I wish I had known in advance. More frustrating was that the person disconnected us and didn't finish what he was doing.
