I have been trying to get a Raymond Weil pen refil from the Al futtaim in Dubai for over three months. The item has not been available anywhere in UAE(. I tried to call the brand manager in Al Futtaim, but she refused to speak to me after I spoke with her secretary Momina. They promised that the pen refil will be ordered three month ago. I caled last week after waiting for three months and they said that they stil did not receive it. I bought this collectable pen from them for a price of over 2700 AED and they are not able to provide refils and refusing to have me speak to the manager to try to resove this issueThe manager knew that I have been trying to reach her and she refused to return my phone calls. I think it is not acceptable to have an expensive pen being sold by a company that is not keeping a continous supply and moreover ignoring a customer communication and refusing to speak to him. Attached is picture of my pen and the refill.
