Dear Team,
I have bought a pair of shoes from your store in vasant Kunj Delhi (India) on 3rd of November this month. It was for Rs. 70, 000. After three days only the shoe started giving problems and I contacted the store. The store in return got the shoe repaired and sent back. To my sheer dismay the shoes still have the same problem and on contacting the store, they are asking to send a pic of the shoe and saying that they will not replace it, but only repair it again. I have been facing lot of trouble because of this as I am not getting a satisfactory service from such an international brand. At the same time I find it utterly unprofessional on the store's account for asking pics and not sending any emails. I want the shoe to be replaced and get a new pair of same style. Please take an action on this and resolve it as soon as possible. Regards

Shoes that I purchased are not holding up well. They have a bronze buckle on the front of the shoe and the coating is wearing off. I paid $300 for these shoes and I didn't expect them to fall apart so quickly. I bought them here in San Diego at a store in Fashion Valley Mall. I was very disappointed with the service provide by your staff, I fell like going to a $2. 00 shop. This is the 1st time I venture out side my comfort zone trying a new brand. I have given your brand an opportunity to win me over LV and Chanel brands, but very disappointed with your staff unprofessional and bad attitude. I am still waiting for someone to revert with regards to my outstanding issues. I had given the full details via email(customer care Europe) since 16th June 2015 as per their request, but yet to receive any updates. I am very disappointed with the way this issue is being handled. Please respond within the next seven days. If I still did not receive any respond, I will have no option, but to consider taking the matter further and go through social media.
