Ref 1807164245413. This was a denial of a credit card due to insufficient credit history. The minute I SAW THIS I REALIZED WHAT HAD HAPPENED. My EXperian account was locked. I would like to speak to someone regarding this issue, but can not find a human to speak with. I have tried unSuccessfully all this week to make a payment on my credit card ending in 3999; was told it is no longer valid, and a new card was sent; have not received one, and then called Citibank who said a replacement card was not sent. So now it is 8. 24. 18, my payment I due today, and no one can help me get this payment made. I am extremely frustrated and if you look at all the times I have called, you will see why. I am trying to avoid a late fee and a negative report to the credit bureaus. This is not my fault, and someone needs to correct it asap.
