I have tried to order Ancestry DNA and I have not been able to get it done. Please tell me what I can do. I have been told that my email address is already being used with another account. This cannot be true. Please tell me what to do. I really want to order Ancestry DNA. If I can not then I will have to go with one of the other companies that do the DNA test.
