Hello. Magpapalit po sana ako ng number. Pero TNT parin ang gusto ko. Mahina kasi signal ng old number tnt ko. So nag decide akong magpalit. Unang bili ko ok nmn po npaloadan ko pa. Until now dko ung three SIM na nabili ko d ko magamit. Anu po ba ang mgandang gawin?.

I loaded a regular P30. 00 load with my retailer to my SIM number 0907-25-64-169. I use to register it with the GAAN UNLITEXT PROMO (GU30), so I send the code to 4545. After how many minutes I did not receive any confirmation that I am already registered with the Promo. And because there is an urgent need for me to call my co-worker, I assumed that maybe the confirmation will came late (because in my previous registrations it always happen) and I can use the promo now. I also went to Talk N Text Menu to check the Balance Inquiry, but I did not receive any confirmation to :(. To add-up when I use the Balance Inquiry, I did not receive any confirmation. So I loaded my Sim again for P30. 00 and register it, but up to now (June 20, 2015 two 1:11am) there is no Confirmation (if I`m registered in the promo) or any confirmation with my Balance Inquiry. Please solve this matter, I already wasted money and time on this honestly speaking, it made me disappointed with the services.
