In December 2041 I bought a cellphone the brand name was Samsung the assistant was a fraud cause I ask for an insurance he gave me the papers i fill and read the terms and conditions, he said the payment for insurance will be combined with my account Ive been paying my account in time only to find that the guy did not submit my insurance form. Good day

My purpose of going to the store (Total sports Golden Acre Mall) was to collect forms for my workplace for the ladies walk on Woman's day. I asked the consultant for forms and he told me without looking up that I must browse through the forms on the counter. I've told him this and he responded that he doesn't know what forms I'm talking about and continued with his work. I was very upset so I've told him that this is very bad customer service. You cannot tell a customer you do not know and leave them to walk out of your store unsatisfied with no effort to try and find out what they are enquiring about. It would not have hurt him to try as there were no other customers in the store so he was not busy. Kindly consider people skills training for the staff perhaps this will improve the service. Whist browsing through the internet i noted that they have a online service where as account balances can be changed and so on. Which is perfect for me because I also had loaded my account to pay them over the internet (banking) and also the convince of not having to standing in ques just to find out what is my installment. But to my surprise i have tried for two weeks now to register and i cannot it either tells me my cellphone number is incorrect or my email address. Then I thought it was a technical issues so i gave it a rest after my numerous complaints and nobody ever getting back to me. So now I ask myself do I really want to be a customer that never receives feedback or cannot be assisted? As a new customer I am totally disappointed and I am hoping this matter will be resolved. Why are we given something that we cannot access or use? do I really have to stand in a Que again going back to stone age whereas things are mobile and you'll have the service, but not usable?.

Now my account is with Attorneys without prior notification of my account being in arrears. They do not have a recording where their consultant spoke to me regarding the status of my account. I need to bring the following to your attention. I went to the Total sports branch situated in the Goldfields Mall in Welkom in the Free State on Sunday morning the 6th of September 2015. I completed an application form to open an account and was told that I will receive a SMS during the course of the day informing approved or not. I received no feedback and contacted the branch telephonically this morning, but no-one could find such an application or is aware of such an application. I told them that it was a short black lady that helped me and she informed that she cannot remember such an application. I then submitted the application online today (8 Sept). But seeing the application is nowhere to be found I feel that I have to report this as there is a possibility that my information can be used for fraud purposes and I want it reported should anything like that happen.

Their service has been excellent and they swiftly sent the device for repairs - I am assuming to Pinnacle Africa? As per the repair claim form? I was happy to hear that the device will be exchanged for a new device as the device I had was a derelict item . My concern is that whilst this is positive news, no-one can indicate when I will receive the new device as as stock is low at present. Seeing that I use the device for work, I am eager to resolve this.

My wife bought me a pair of Nike Air Max running shoes at Totalsport at the Vaal Mall in Vanderbijlpark in December 2014. I specifically inquired weather the shoes is fit for training and running the Comrades marathon. They told us that the shoes is top of the range for this type of running. I trained with it and what a beauty, but both the shoes collapsed before I reched half way on the Comrades an it severely contributed to me not finishing the Comrades marathon an sustaining injury. The shoes is still looking very good, however useless. We paid a lot of good money for the shoes and I am very disappointed. What am I to do as I feel it did not deliver.
