Good morning, I bought Svart, space design roof box 420 Black from Volvo Sweden via Volvo Malaysia. The journey was from Sweden-Kuala Lumpur-Miri-Brunei Darussalam. It was completely installed on 10th May 2018. Unfortunately there was small deep scratches at lower end back of the box. Please find attached the pictures of the scratches. Accordingly I am writing to you to seek for your professional advise on how to rectify the scratches. Can it be repaired? Though it looks small, but my concern is that due to deep scratches and over time and in consideration of weather heat and rain in Brunei Darussalam the scratches might grow bigger and ruin the surface. Should it be repairable, what kind of process and methodology of repairs work is recommended. I can be contacted at +6738735757

I bought a brand new Volvo V60 D5 VIN YV1FW7050B1008489 in 2012. The car broke down early 2017 shortly after a service performed on it. This car was just over the warranty period and through long negotiations the repairs amount dropped to N$54, 309. 74 and I paid N$34, 909. 22 as "Goodwill" for a complete new cylinder head with camshafts. I just now paid another N$9, 280. 50 for a faulty starter motor. I never experienced such mechanical problems with all my other brand new cars and still driving my 2003 Isuzu KB250 LWB 4X4 LE compared to a quality car such as a VOLVO. I felt I should inform the Volvo manufacturers accordingly. The technical and customer service provided here in Namibia will damage the good reputation of Volvo. I have decided neverever to buy or encouraged anyone to buy a Volvo here following my experiences and expenses. To who it may concern

I want to thank Volvo Sweden for making and building such great cars. I owned a Volvo s40 2. 4liter and now a Volvo c30 2. 0liter power shift elite I have had my car serviced only by Volvo, and I have 167000 km on the clock I will continue to buy Volvos, as they are well planned and very safe. I have a 2015 XC60 Volvo that I am having serious problem with, the Auto braking by City Safey continue to kick in when there is nothing in front of the car, I have had the car in a Volvo service center where the issue is not being resolved and I continue to have the problem. Can I please get an answer as to what is causing this problem that could cause s serious problem for me, because from my research I found this could just happen just driving the car. Dear Sir, We had purchased one No. 500 KVA DG Set Make Volvo Penta Model TAD 1641 GE ( Serial No. 2016028753) through Unipower Engineers Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore vide invoice No. 013 dated 19. 07. 2008 for Rs. 26, 57, 977/-. The said DG set was commissioned on 23. 10. 2008. We had purchased one more DG set 320KVA vide invoice number 24 dt. 04. 09. 2010 through M/s. Uni power itself, for our another unit. two months back, while the set was in operation, it suddenly went off. On our checking we found oil leak from Turbo Mouth. Immediately we informed authorized service engineer who has been regularly servicing the set. He promptly attended to our call and removed the tappet cover and found that the 3rd cylinder valve spring ( inlet) broken and the taper roller damaged. And also found that the 3rd cylinder valve is cut as also damaged on the head. However, the warranty period for this Dg set is over, we request you to rectify the problem in good will warranty, since we are your regular and old customer.
