Good Morning. I just want to say first of all that your service has been so very helpful with my side business. It's just since I purchased a new phone, Samsung eight, that I have not been able to receive messages. When I have requested help I just get the same email to follow the troubleshooting. Sometimes a girl just needs someone to talk to lol I followed through with removing the Facebook log in that I found in the troubleshooting list. Still no messages. I went to T Mobile for help and they said you have all the right buttons selected for notifications. But then a business partner noticed that there are four accounts for me. No wonder there's confusion I do have Pro and if it's possible I am asking that all other accounts be deleted and just the Pro account be left active. Thank you so much for any help you can give me.

I started with Voxer (Free). Then I had lots of problems, and I upgraded to Voxer Pro. I am still having problems. Although in my phone settings, the microphone is enabled, the Voxer microphone is muted, and I am unable to unmute. I have been told that I should not be paying for Voxer Pro because I hardle use Voxer, so I want to cancel the Voxer Pro subscription and I am asking that you stop collection the $3. 99/mo. I look forward to a prompt response, and you assistance to install the free version.

I have Voxer pro, 818-259-8883. I am having trouble with people that i do not know adding themselves to one of my groups. I block them, yet they can still read my messages. What do i need to do to keep my group private, i was thinking it was private. Also, i am unable to delete a message what can i do?thank you for your attention to this.

The Voxer phone number goes to an automated message stating that they do not do customer support over the phone. This is reasonable I think, and I usually prefer getting support online, but they take hours, if not days, to respond to each individual message. I do not mean it takes hours or days to solve your problem; it takes hours or days to get a response for each message. My problem (unable to save messages in Voxer Pro) is STILL not resolved.

This is so sad that I cannot get live customer service. I have been stuck on the same Voxer app page for over two weeks. I cannot get off the page and I cannot go to the Support page because my phone app is stuck. I have spent hours trying to get off this page- in the meantime, I cannot get messages. I am losing work information and unable to communicate with my team. Here is the problem:When i hit the voxer app on my iphone, this is what i see: four people in green lined circles, circling around the little voxer walkie talkie icon in the middle. on the bottom, it says "easy team communication" send live audio, text and images to groups or individuals. at the bottom are two boxes- one says sign up and the other says log in. please get me off this page and bring me back to the original home page or please discontinue this account and my team and i will go back to the other service. thank you.
