Limited hours of coverage. Called next AM and was on hold forever How many people do you have working? I am guessing one. I am not sure that I want to work that hard at spending my money with your company. At this time I have been on hold for one hour and seven minutes and have moved from four to three in this time. OMG are you kidding me While I have time-the site says "storage limit reached". Doesn't exactly match the unlimited storage. I am at one hour and 49 minutes and moved to 2nd on the list. I thought the person who put six hours was kidding. Apparently not. Clearly, you have made an error calling this customer service. Two hours and two minutes that I will never get back of my life. Possible customers-read this and weep. I have never had this issue with Shutterfly.
