I am a previous subscriber to Yidio.com I called customer service in March. March nine, 2017 to be exact. I called to cancel my subscription. I was assured that my subscription would be cancelled. I did not receive any type of cancellation code. I do not remember who it was I spoke to. A payment was extracted from my credit card on March 12, 2017, and now again in April 12, 2017. I downloaded Yidio so that I could watch season seven of sons of anarachy which I thought would be free. It turned out that I was redirected to App Store to purchase the season. In did that through iTunes. However, it will only play the first 30 seconds of the video and then goes back to the menu. Can you help me?
