Zuku has been operating many domestic and government organizations in Kenya and Tanzania. The company started out its services in the year 2000 and is headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya. I have been having issues with your Internet for the longest time now and I'm fed-up
Your phones are a nitemare to go through and when they do your customer agents take forever to get to assist yet you forget it's customers credit and yet they say they do not have access to call back their customers. Yesterday I called and was put on hold for almost half an hr the agent trying to sort the problem which he didn't manage to resolve and told me to give him another 30mins to work on it then call back if I was still with the same problems. Dear Zuku,

While you are trying to do away with the 1Mbps package because it happens to be the cheapest, be considerate of those who have been benefiting from the same. My account number is 158222 and the whole of last year, the internet was in perfect working condition. After you raised the rates, all I have been doing is calling customer service due to frequent fluctuations, but I never get a solution. The responses I get are very autoresponsive and it is very, extremely, annoyingly frustrating. This is unethical at best, trying to convince people to pay for the more expensive package when you can not even solve basic issues.
