The management is not aware of feed-back concept. The package for which full years subscription has been paid is "Digital Premium Package" as per the leaflet is given to me. I asked for HD TV,the exceutive took a cheque from me and after 15 day gave me a normal SD Settop box, within 4-5 days it stopped working. I tried reaching to customer care number, no action.
