I contacted Heartland to complain about front cap fading and gel coat cracking Claim 00698622. When I contacted Heartland Customer Service the person I talked to was rude un-caring of my situation. He suggested I take it to a dealer. I did they agreed it was a defect and submitted a claim. Heartland denied my claim. I am very disappointed in Heartlands customer service with an issue that is clearly a problem. All you need to do is go on the Heartland cap fading blog and see it's clearly an issue they should assist with.

I have a Heartland Gateway 2015 model. We have an electric slide in the hall that has been a problem from the very beginning They tell me it needs a new motor which will be the second one in two years. It was fixed under warrenty two or three times and once they put in a new motor. Now the repairman I called says it needs a motor, but he cant get to it because the slide won't go out. I called another repairman and he said he wouldn't touch it because they wouldn't stay fixed. So now I have called Camping World and can not even get it in to be worked on for four -6 weeks. I need some help ASAP.

We are the owners of a 2015 Fairfield by Heartland Park Model RV. Our camp ground location is North Shore RV Park in Brighton Ontario Canada. Is it possible to get replacement ceiling fan blades for our living room? When we closed up for the season and put the slide out in, it hit the fan and broke one blade. Found this odd If this is something we could replace, what would the price be in CAD$? We do feel it should be something that is replaced free.

I recently purchased a 2016 Prowler travel trailer, brand new from the show room floor. On our FIRST family camping trip the window blew out while driving down the highway. I took it into service immediately up on return and they put it in for service and warranty. Heartland denied my warranty claim due to “there are too many outside factors” that could have blown of the window blowing out. I assured them nothing was out of place ono the inside of the camper and the screen that was over the window has not scratches, holes or anything outside the norm. So basically Heartland’s warranty is only good and the extended warranty that is supposed to cover everything and was sold to me with the appearance that it covers everything.

Dear Sirs, We have a 2015 Heartland Big Country with Lane Theatre seating, we purchased in December 2014. Three weeks ago one of the cushions starting sagging and making noise like maybe the spring support has let loose, very uncomfortable. We are presently in Estes Park, CO. And headed for Golden, CO. For the winter. I contacted Lane furniture and I was told I would have to return to the dealer I purchased the RV from which is in Foley, AL. We have NO way of returning to Foley, AL. I have a 2013 Heartland Landmark model Rushmore that was ordered February 2012 from Ocala Fl Camping World and was pick-up May 2012 from Camping World Roanoke VA the unit has developed a leak somewhere around the living area air condition seal and water is coming inside into living room with all the rain this summer, and us not being at our camp site the unit has significant damage to the roof members and the carpet and floor. We have had a licensed building contractor look at the camper and he has determined that the air condition unit was torque down to tight causing a low spot in the one piece roof system which allows water to pool their. Has anyone had this problem and can I expect Heartland to consider this a structural problem and be covered under the five year warranty.

I have a 2014 cyclone 4100 toy hauler, great rig we have really enjoyed it. Both of my tail/brake light are out the left one has one LED lite and the right one has five lite. I would like to use the same ones. Can you tell me who manufactures them, or how I could order them? Most LED lights have a manufacture warranty, do you think they would be under warranty? I have a 2013 Prowler trailer that when purchased it had a dent on the interior of the door and we also found a cushion in the dinette that was ripped. After two years of fighting with the dealership the door was replaced with one that does not match the original door and the cushion has still not been replaced. Theses are both items that should be taken care of under the warranty. You have told me differently and that this is a dealer issue. I will not accept the fact that this is a dealer issue. My expectations are that you will stand by your product that was under warranty when the issues occurred. I will not be satisfied until this issue is resolved.
