I am unable to get any support with obtaining my medical records. I have moved and no longer have Kaiser in Southern California. I have written emails, spent countless hours on the phone with customer service, (1-800-464-400) without any support at all. Millions of people move and change insurance. I am shocked that NOT ONE PERSON has been able to help me get my old records. I have called five different Kaiser numbers, spoken almost a dozen people and been hung up on while transferring multiple times and I am still no closer to getting anything done. It appears each person only knows "one thing" and if you are not seeking that "one thing" you are transferred to the next person again and again. Very disgusted with the terrible customer service.

On 6-22-2018, I arrived at my local Kaiser as a walk-in. I could not be seen. Mr. Robert Wesley Hendley (A358352) (ES) scheduled me for an appointment on 6-25-2018 at 6:20 pm. He printed me out the patient instructions which directed me to report to the waiting area leaving out that I was to check-in first. I was upstairs waiting until the staff informed me of this error. I had waited unnecessarily. Mr. Hendley was at the check-in station and I showed him his error in leaving out the check-in process. He took no ownership of his mistake. He said, "You were supposed to check-in here first. " This was poor customer service.

I am in a permanent pain condition, and my pain medication was not sent to the pharmacy by my Dr. So I am made to wait two days before I can get my prescription,
which is totally unacceptable when you are in a permanent pain condition, I have nothing to take and can not go two days without pain medication, I will be in awful pain. I just saw my Dr. May ten and talked about my medication. This is not acceptable, and I'm fed up with Kaiser. Member 43664622.

I am currently at the Kaiser Gaithersburg After care center. My appintment was at 9:20 pm. I saw the doctor with in 15 minutes from my arrival time. Then I was sent to the Radiology department for an X-ray. Once I returned back to the waiting room from the X-ray department. I informed the triage nurse that i returned from radiology. I was called back at 10:20 Pm to get the results of my X-ray. It’s now 11:30 pm and I am still sitting here waiting for my results. This is unacceptable and poor patient care. The nurse keep saying we will be right with you. I have been with Kaiser from 1978 to present. Due to the lack of patient care and customer service from the staff nurses. I plan to change my insurance open season. In all my years I have never experienced this.
